Personal Rhythm and Inner Traits

I find it difficult to maintain a rigid and standardized daily routine, failing to keep regular meal patterns and often only eating two meals a day. Without external discipline, my life always operates according to its own inherent pace rather than universal norms.

A casual nap without an alarm will easily extend all the way to 5 o’clock in the evening. There was a period where my sleep cycle was completely reversed, staying awake at night and only able to sleep during the daytime.

Sometimes I talk to myself and repeatedly replay fragments of past communication scenarios, recollecting the sentences I spoke in previous interactions. This behavioral pattern occurs involuntarily, rather than being a deliberate way to organize my thoughts.

I have a natural preference for square photo walls and tidy sticky note layouts. Structured, neat, and orderly visuals bring me a strong sense of comfort and security.

Life stability comes from accepting one’s unique traits, not forcing oneself to fit standardized worldly routines.
